• Is there parking? Yes. There’s plenty of parking in the back parking lot as well as street parking.

• Can I get tattooed if I’m under 18 years of age? No. California state law prohibits anyone under the age of 18 to get tattooed. Makes your 18th birthday that much more exciting.

• Is it safe? Yes. We adhere to all safety measures set forth by San Mateo County Health.

• Do you offer piercing services? No.

• How do I setup an appointment? Use the contact form to reach out with your inquiry. You can also call the shop at 650-418-0541 or contact the artist directly.

• Do I need an appointment? Yes. Laughing Goat Tattoo is an appointment-only tattoo studio.

• Do you offer consultations? Yes. A free in-person consultation is always preferred to discuss and gather ideas. Virtual consultations can also be accommodated for traveling clients.

• Pricing? Contact the artist directly regarding pricing.

• Is a deposit required? Yes. A non-refundable deposit must be left in order to secure an appointment date.

• Does the deposit go towards the final price of the tattoo? Yes.

• Can we bring friends/family to our appointment? Yes. But please limit it to only one extra guest.

• Do you make custom art? Yes. Inquire within regarding any custom art you’d like to commission.

• Do you accept guest artists? Yes. We have a dedicated station reserved for traveling guest artists. Contact us by email if you’d like to setup a visit.

• Art Gallery? Laughing Goat Tattoo also serves as an art gallery with viewings by appointment-only. Inquire within if you’d like to schedule a viewing.
